ARTICLE VI: RULES FOR INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES

6.10     Except as otherwise set forth under the provisions of this ordinance, where a district is bounded by a street, highway, alley, river, stream, or city limit, the center line of such feature shall be the boundary.  Boundaries following railroad lines shall be construed to be located midway between the main tracks.

6.20     Distances not specifically indicated on the official zoning map shall be determined by the scale of the map as interpreted by the planning commission.

6.30     Where the actual street or property layout is at variance with that shown on the official zoning map, or in other circumstances not covered by the provisions of this ordinance, the planning commission shall interpret the district boundaries.
