ARTICLE XXIV: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY

24.10   Complaints Regarding Violation:  Whenever a violation of this ordinance occurs, or is alleged to have occurred, any person may file a written complaint with the zoning officer, stating fully the causes and basis thereof.  The zoning officer shall maintain a record of such complaints and shall take appropriate action pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance.

24.20   Any unauthorized change of the official zoning map shall be considered a violation of the provisions of this ordinance.

24.30   Violation and Penalty:  Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.  Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
