ARTICLE XXV: SEVERABILITY

25.10   In any case in which the provisions of this ordinance are declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, said ruling shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the ordinance and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
