ARTICLE XXVII: SCHEDULE OF FEES, CHARGES AND EXPENSES

27.10   The city council shall establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses for permits, certificates, appeals, and other documents and actions required by the provisions of this ordinance.  This schedule shall be available in the office of the city clerk.  No permit, certificate or variance shall be issued unless such fees, charges or expenses have been paid in full, nor shall any action be taken on proceedings before the board of adjustment unless or until fees, charges and expenses have been paid in full.
