An Ordinance of the City of Barnum, Minnesota, to revise the Sewer Service User Charge System, Ordinance No. 79, Appendix A.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-30, a Resolution to revise User Charge System, Ordinance No. 79, Appendix A, was adopted by the Barnum City Council on November 13th, 1995; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-30 was put into effect as of February 1, 1996, to bill for January 1996 usage; and
WHEREAS, to comply with state regulations requiring the amending of an Ordinance with an Ordinance;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that Appendix A of Ordinance No. 79, SEWER SERVICE CHARGE SYSTEM, CITY OF BARNUM, MINNESOTA, Section F. DETERMINATION OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES, shall be amended as follows:
1. Basic user charge (Ucb) - for the recovery of administration and infiltration/inflow related costs Ucb = $6.18
2. Metered user charge (Ucm) to recover wastewater flow related costs: Ucm = $0.82/1,000 gallons
3. Debt service charge (Udc) to pay the debt service : Udc = $2.07/1,000 gallons
