PURCHASE AGREEMENT TIME LIMIT
The City Council of the City of Barnum, Minnesota, hereby declares a time limit be set for those holding Purchase Agreements from the City of Barnum.
Upon agreement by motion of the Barnum City Council approving the pursuit to sell an area of land to a party, the party has thirty (30) days in which to sign the agreement, make an initial payment and return the document to the Barnum City Office.
Those Purchase Agreements not returned to the Barnum City Office within thirty (30) shall be automatically considered null and void. This will also allow the said area of land to be offered to other interested parties.
Approved by the Barnum City Council this 12th day of November, 1996. This document shall be in effect upon publication according to law.
