AN ORDINANCE CONTROLLING SNOWMOBILES WITHIN THE CITY OF BARNUM
The City Council of the City of Barnum, County of Carlton, State of Minnesota, hereby ordains that those operating snowmobiles with the City of Barnum shall hereby obey the following rules:
1. No snowmobile shall operate in excess of ten (10) miles per hour.
2. No snowmobile shall operate on private property without permission.
3. No snowmobile shall stand or operate on city sidewalks.
Violations of the preceding list will be considered a misdemeanor as described by Minnesota Statutes Section 609.02.
