AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE WATER AND SEWER ACCOUNTS AND AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 73, SECTION 2, H1.
The City Council of the City of Barnum, Minnesota, does
ordain as follows:
Section 2, Section H, Subdivision 1. The Accounts in the name of owner to
read as follows:
1. All accounts shall be carried in the name of the owner and of the renter.
The renter shall be allowed to pay the water and sewer bill but upon
delinquency the property owner or landlord shall be promptly notified by
the City and
be responsible for the unpaid balance of the account.
