AN ORDINANCE ADJUSTING WATER RATES,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91, WHICH AMENDS
SECTION III.-A. WATER RATES
(ORDINANCE NOS. 27, 36 AND 49)
The City Council of the City of Barnum, Minnesota, ordains as follows:
That Section III, A., Water Rates., 3. Water consumed - Residential and Business Rates, be amended to read as follows:
3.$31,153.92 Water Fund Budget=$2,596.16 to be
12 Months recovered monthly.
$2,596.16 Monthly O/M Costs=$2.44 per 1,000 gallons.
1,064 K-Gallons Used Per Month
This Ordinance shall be in effect for the billing of February 1, 1996, which consists of the January 1996 usage.
Passed by the Barnum City Council this 13th day of November, 1995.
